The committee, first and foremost, hope that all of our members and their families remain safe and well during these unprecedented times.

We would like to update all of our members on the actions the committee have taken to protect the future of our club since we closed our doors on 16 March:

• We have reviewed our contracts with our suppliers and have cut down on unnecessary expenditure, for example our music licence has been suspended, we'll have no bin collections for the foreseeable future, and our broadband will be terminated soon.
• As much as possible we have cut back on our gas and electricity use, but we won't be able to shut down these utilities entirely.
• The clubhouse remains secure with adequate security barriers and is fully covered by an alarm system directly connected to our security provider. It will be regularly inspected by club officials.
• We are in discussions with the relevant authorities and the Welsh Rugby Union about what financial support may be available to us.

We look forward to a time when normality resumes, and are already planning events to allow our members to come together to celebrate as a club. Naturally, we cannot put a date on this and will always be guided by the advice of Government.

In the meantime, stay safe and well, and we'll do our best to keep you updated on any news that impacts on our club.
