First and foremost, we would like to thank our members for their continued support over what has been a difficult few months whilst we have had to close our doors. Special thanks go out to our Gold Members who continue to pay monthly mebership subscriptions, and the volunteers who have been busy redocarating the clubhouse exterior and the function hall.

The committee can't wait to see our members back at the clubhouse, but unfortunately you will have to wait a little while longer. We'll be reopening our doors from 3 August if the Welsh Government confirm the reopening of indoor spaces from this date as currently planned. We would have loved to open our garden sooner, but we are unable to do so under our current licensing conditions, so the garden will only reopen when indoor service is permitted again.

When we reopen, there will be some simple rules to follow:

1. Members and their guests from the same household or extended household will be welcomed back in the club. New memberships or membership renewals completed online will run until 31 August 2021. 2. We are not operating a booking system, but the current regulations mean that table consumption is mandatory. We have received a delivery of additional tables, but they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If there is no table available when you arrive, you will not be permitted entry.
3. Every member must scan a QR code with their mobile phone and register their entry using our online portal for each visit. This record is retained for 21 days for contact tracing purposes
4. There will be no bar service. Members will be asked to order online and their order will be delivered to the table.
5. Strict social distancing measures will be in place for access to the toilets. Please read the signs and respect the instructions.

These policies will be updated when further guidance has been issued regarding the use of indoor spaces.

An update on the return to rugby will be published in the next few weeks.
